چکیده

Three cases of periarteritis nodosa are reported with subperiosteal new bone formation. Two patients have been followed for over five years, the third for only six months. The vascular changes were predominantly found in the smaller vessels, the necrosis and elastin destruction was less than that usually found at necropsy. The radiological follow-up of one case demonsfrated ossification and healing of the periosteal changes.
